I am unable to connect ARCAM Camera to the Internet over Wi-Fi. What troubleshooting measures should I try?
Try the following steps below to help get your ARCAM Camera connected to the ARCAM PRO Camera app.

1. Check your camera's distance to the router or the Internet access point. Your Camera may be out of range or is within the limited Wi-Fi range.

2. Restart your ARCAM camera. Restarting ARCAM Camera will refresh its connection. Unplug your ARCAM Camera power adapter from the wall outlet. Wait for 20 seconds, then plug power adapter back in.

3. Make sure your home Wi-Fi is working properly. ARCAM Camera needs to connect to the Internet to finish connecting to the ARCAM PRO App. Check that you get online with another device in your home.

4. Restart your router. Restarting your router will reset your internet connection. You should also restart any Wi-Fi range extenders or repeaters if you have them.

5. If after you check your router’s settings you’re still having trouble connecting your ARCAM Camera to your ARCAM PRO Camera app, you can set Wi-Fi configuration manually, using computer. Watch video below how to do it.




NOTE:
In case ARCAM Camera is set in proximity to the router, you can use LAN connection instead. Watch video below how to connect ARCAM Camera using LAN cable (RJ45).




I'm not receiving motion alert notifications. What should I do?
1. Check that the motion alert notifications are activated in the ARCAM PRO Camera App. Watch video below how to do it.




2. Check that the notifications for ARCAM PRO Camera App are activated in your smart phone. Go to settings of your phone, then notifications center, then check notifications enabled for the ARCAM PRO Camera App.

3. Check that the recordings on motion are activated in the ARCAM PRO Camera App. Watch video below how to do it.






I am unable to access to my ARCAM Camera, it says access denied. What should I do?
In case you receive this notification, this means that the password used to access the ARCAM Camera is incorrect. To reset the password, you need to:

1. remove ARCAM camera from the devices list in the ARCAM PRO CAMERA App, this list is accessible in the Settings option,

2. reset the ARCAM 360° Camera and then,

3. reconnect ARCAM to the Internet. Watch video below, how to reset the ARCAM Camera.

NOTE:

Use ARCAM QR-code at the back of the camera, not on the packaging.





How to share access to ARCAM Camera with my family and friends?
To share access, you need to share your family and friends with ARCAM 360° Indoor Camera serial number and your password.

IMPORTANT:
For security reasons, we strongly recommend not to share your passwords or any other information over the Internet.

Does ARCAM Camera have privacy mode and how to activate it?
Yes. ARCAM 360° surveillance camera has privacy mode, which you can activate when you are at home. When in privacy mode, ARCAM 360° Indoor Camera does not record and does not detect any motions. Watch video how to set it up.
Where do I access to the ARCAM Camera recordings?
Follow steps below how to access recordings.


I am unable to see my recordings. What should I do?
1. Check that the micro-SD card is inserted in the ARCAM Camera. In case no micro-SD card inserted, ARCAM Camera will not record.

2. Check that recordings are activated in your ARCAM PRO Camera App. Follow these steps how to activate recordings. Once settings are selected, click on Save button.



Does ARCAM 360° Camera record on voice?
No. This features is not available for ARCAM 360° Indoor Camera. However, if this is something that interests you, or any other features that you would like to have, drop us a line.


Does ARCAM Camera record continuously or on motion detection only?
The ARCAM 360° Indoor Camera records only on motion.


My ARCAM 360° Camera shows red light and I am unable to access to the camera. What should I do?
In case ARCAM 360° Indoor Camera shows red light, this means that the device lost connection to Internet.

1. Make sure your Internet connection is online. Your Internet service might be down or experiencing issues. If it is the case, contact your Internet service provider.
2. Restart your router. Restarting your router and modem will reset your internet connection. You should also restart any Wi-Fi range extenders or repeaters if you have them.
3. In case, ARCAM 360° Camera still shows red light, restart ARCAM Camera. Unplug your ARCAM Camera's power adapter from the wall outlet. Wait for 20 seconds, then plug power adater back in.
4. If the above did not help, reset ARCAM 360° Indoor camera and reconnect it again to your router. Watch video below how to reset ARCAM 360° Camera.




Where are the recordings stored?
Recordings are stored locally on micro-SD card, in case it is inserted in the ARCAM 360° Indoor Camera. They are not stored on the Internet or on your smart phone.
If no micro-SD card used, ARCAM 360° Indoor Camera will not store any recordings.


How do I record, take pictures and store them in my smartphone?
All pictures and manual recordings can be stored on your smartphone. Here is a quick video how to do save video recordings and images in your smartphone.




How long does the ARCAM 360° Camera records, and what happens when the memory card is full?
In case of micro-SD card size of 16GB, ARCAM 360° Camera will store recordings of approximately 3 weeks. Once storage is full, it will start overwriting the oldest events.
Micro-SD cards with size of up to 64GB can also be used, which will increase duration of stored recordings.

I have NAS mini-server. Can I connect ARCAM Camera to my NAS?
Yes. All ARCAM Cameras are compatible with NAS mini-servers.
